TENDER NOTICE

Pre-Qualification Criteria

Housekeeping Services at Terminal-1 (Arrival & Transfer), Terminal-1 (Departure & Re-Check in), Terminal-2 (Departure & Arrivals), Terminal-3 (Departure & Arrivals Pier A&B) and Terminal-3 (Departure & Arrivals Pier D&C) at IGI Airport, New Delhi for a 4 years’ contract period (Apr’26–Mar’30).

1. The bidder must have a minimum of 10 years in business in providing housekeeping/facility management services.
2. The bidder should have served at least 25 current clienteles, including minimum 5 major clients (National/International Airports, Airlines, Large hospitals, five star hotels) having minimum manpower deployment of 300 personnel in single contract in India during last 5 years.
   Experience of Housekeeping services in National/International Airport of min 25 MPPA capacity experience will be preferred.
3. The bidder should have a minimum of 5000 employees on roll (direct manpower strength).
4. The bidder must have achieved an average turnover of minimum INR 200 Crores during any 3 financial years out of last 5 financial years, out of which a minimum of INR 100 Cr shall be from Housekeeping Services.
5. The bidder must provide minimum 5 satisfactory performance certificates from clients for similar services in the last 5 years.
6. The bidder should have executed at least 3 projects each with yearly contract value greater than INR 15 Crores in the last 5 years.
7. The bidder should have preferably implemented digitalization and technology driven solution in service delivery like attendance management, monitoring, reporting, feedback, performance tracking etc. through digital tools, application or dashboards.
